color overlay in place.
The additional cost to you, the tenant, for this is $1000, payable upon
county permit approval.

I approve the Oasis in Sedona new sign. Per Josh he is paying for the color, please revise this agreement.
I approve Sedona Infinity Spa new sign, only if the lettering is the red rock color. Josh agreed to pay for the color, please revise the agreement.
